Debbie is warm, gentle, compassionate and very professional! I am grateful to have met her. She has produced very useful and comprehensive guidance for eating habits, ingredients, mindfulness, supplements, and how to combine all these holistically. She also guided me into starting slowly to gradually adding things on so as not to feel overwhelmed.
